Tour Day at Evergreen

August 28 @ 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Free

Join us for tours of our three museums from 1:00pm – 4:00pm.  Visit the Farmhouse Museum where visitors experience life during the Victorian era; or the Agriculture Museum to see the tools used on the farm, learn about the crops grown, and building techniques used in a 1780’s barn; or take a walk around the 1915 Coal Camp including the blacksmith shop, boarding house, and mine opening exhibits.  Continue your visit on the one-mile trail that takes you to the former incline plane where the coal was lowered to the railroad below while learning about our history, plants, and animals that call Evergreen home.
