DESCRIPTION:Forest to Fungi\nSaturday\, July 25th @ 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m\nTake a tour of the Evergreen Forest Garden and learn about the benefits of agroforestry! The one acre demo garden hosts a plethora of plant species throughout its nine sections. See real world examples of plants that thrive in various conditions in the forest that could be replicated on your property.  \nAfter the tour\, we’ll transition and learn how to cultivate oyster mushrooms. Participants will each make and take their own mushroom baskets. You’ll learn the how-to\, the supplies necessary\, and care requirements to grow your own oyster mushrooms.  \nLocation: Meet in the Science Discovery Center \nParking: Park behind the Brown House in the grass below the solar panels (right side).
