MELAN Meeting – Western Regional Hub

MELAN or the Maryland Environmental Literacy Advisory Network acts as a bridge to connect organizations and individuals who have stakes in environmental literacy–from formal educators, to park staff, non-profits, colleges, community organizations, and everyone in between. If you’re new or are unsure what MELAN is all about, I’d like to direct you here.

Since we’ve reached the point in the year when the weather can be quite unpredictable, we’ll be meeting virtually on December 9th from 2:00 – 3:30 p.m. Here is the Google Meet Link. The meeting will serve as an informal way to bridge the gaps between organizations, educators, community members, etc.

Whether you can be there or not, we would love for you or your organization to fill out this Inventory to help us better understand who is providing and/or utilizing various program types in our region.
